As a Candou’er am I employed by Candou?

No, as a Candou’er you are not employed by Candou or the companies you work for through the platform. You are self-employed and operate as your own boss and can work for as many different companies as you want.

What is Candou Enhanced Pay?

At Candou, you'll get Candou Basic Pay (regular wages) + Candou Enhanced Pay (top-up payment). This is because we recognise that self-employed workers don't receive traditional benefits like holiday pay or sick leave. That's why we encourage forward-thinking companies on our platform to top up earnings in lieu, helping cover some of the real costs that come with independent work. It's just one of the way we're building a fairer, more sustainable future for flexible work.

When will I be paid?

Payments are automatically processed within 3 business days after job completion (see Terms of Use). Candou handles all the admin for you – if there’s a problem then we’ll reach out to you.
